My work supports personal growth, emotional wellbeing and therapeutic change.

Healing is deeply individual.

Not a Medical or Emergency Service

My services do not replace appropriate medical, psychiatric or psychological care.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

Never discontinue medication or alter medical treatment without the advice of your prescribing clinician.

I do not provide emergency mental health services.

If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, are at immediate risk of harm, or are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or the appropriate crisis service in your area immediately.

Booking a Consultation

Booking a consultation does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

The therapeutic relationship begins only after:

·       both parties agree that we are an appropriate fit to work together;

·       any required intake paperwork has been completed;

·       payment arrangements have been made.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where I believe another practitioner or service would better meet your needs.

Client Responsibilities

By booking services you agree to:

·       provide accurate and honest information;

·       disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions where appropriate;

·       attend sessions free from alcohol or non-prescribed recreational drugs;

·       inform me of significant changes to your health that may affect treatment;

·       participate willingly and honestly in the therapeutic process.

Healing is collaborative.

While I bring my training, experience and presence to every session, meaningful change also depends upon your willingness to engage with the process.

Breathwork Contraindications

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful therapeutic intervention and is not suitable for everyone.

It is your responsibility to review the Breathwork contraindications published on this website before booking.

If you are uncertain whether Breathwork is appropriate for you, please schedule a consultation before registering.

Fees & Payment

Current pricing is displayed on this website.

Payment plans may be available for certain services.

Where payment plans are offered, the full balance must be paid before your scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may change without notice but changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Life happens.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For cancellations on the day of your appointment or if you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, 50% of your session fee will be retained, with the remaining 50% refunded.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with compassion and at my discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time so that other clients are not inconvenienced.

The full session fee remains payable.

Online Sessions

If attending online, you are responsible for:

·       ensuring you have a stable internet connection;

·       joining from a quiet and private location;

·       using a device suitable for video conferencing;

·       minimizing interruptions during the session.

Headphones are recommended where possible.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is extremely important to me.

Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including circumstances involving:

·       immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or another person;

·       suspected abuse or neglect where reporting is legally required;

·       lawful court orders or other legal obligations.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and storage of personal information.

Session Recordings

Some hypnotherapy sessions are recorded for therapeutic purposes.

Where recordings are provided, they are intended solely for your personal use.

Recordings, transcripts and accompanying materials remain the intellectual property of Moyra Michelle Hypnotherapy & Healing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please do not reproduce, sell or distribute them without permission.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including text, graphics, downloads, recordings, videos, course materials and branding—is the intellectual property of Moyra Michelle Hypnotherapy & Healing.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
