Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapy & Integrative Healing

We Move at the Speed of Trust

Healing that runs on your pace, not the clock

coming back to yourself

there is no wrong door

Every path begins with the same first step.

Showing up.

Whether you choose an immersive experience or begin with individual sessions, the work is the same.

We start with what feels possible.

Whether you're coming with anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, self-sabotage, a difficult life transition or simply the feeling that you've lost yourself somewhere along the way, we'll begin exactly where you are.

We'll move at the pace your nervous system allows, building trust, curiosity and lasting change along the way.

Rather than asking which option is better, ask yourself which one feels most supportive for this season of your life.

As you read through the options below, notice which one feels like a gentle yes.

That's usually a good place to begin.

We'll take that step together.

Choose the Rhythm That Fits You

You don't have to know exactly which session is right for you.

Some people need a focused session around one issue.

Some are ready for a deep immersion.

Some begin with an immersion and continue with individual sessions over time.

There isn't a "better" option.

Only the one that best matches where you are right now.

If you're unsure, we'll decide together.

What Sessions Feel Like

No two sessions are the same.

Some are quiet.

Some are full of laughter.

Some involve tears.

Sometimes we talk.

Sometimes words become unnecessary.

Sometimes your body knows the way before your mind catches up.

Sometimes you'll leave feeling lighter.

Sometimes you'll leave carrying a question that quietly unfolds over the next week.

Healing rarely happens the way we imagine.

It almost always happens the way we need.

What they won’t feel like

Endless analyzing without movement.

Pressure to "just think positive."

Spiritual bypassing or pretending difficult emotions don't belong.

One-size-fits-all healing.

Pressure to heal on someone else's timeline.

Judgement for where you are or what you've lived through.

You will find honesty, compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your nervous system's wisdom.

What session do i choose?

I tend to see two kinds of people.

Some arrive with one great boulder in the river of their life. A single experience, transition or pattern that they're ready to move through. Together, we create enough space to shift it, and often that's all they need.

Others know they're not carrying one boulder—they're standing in front of a dam. Years of survival, old wounds, protective patterns and unanswered questions have slowly built up over time. For them, the Immersion Session becomes the foundation for our work together before continuing, if needed, with individual sessions.

Whether we're moving one stone or dismantling a dam, the goal is the same: to restore the natural flow of your life.

People working with complex trauma, long-standing anxiety, grief, chronic stress or deeply rooted life patterns often benefit from beginning with an Immersion Session because it gives us enough time to work gently without feeling rushed.

One of the things people often tell me they appreciate most is that we don't work with just one part of you. We help the mind understand, the body release, the emotions move, and the deeper self finally exhale.

That's why this work speaks to analytical thinkers, deeply spiritual people, and even those who've never quite felt at home in traditional therapy.

But Three+ Hours - Isn’t that a long time?

Healing doesn't wear a watch.

One of the greatest gifts I can offer you is this space and time for yourself.

Time to settle.

Time to breathe.

Time to build trust.

Time for the parts of you that have spent years staying hidden to realize they're finally safe enough to come forward.

So much of modern life asks us to rush. Therapy can sometimes feel the same—just as something important begins to emerge, the hour is over.

An Immersion Session isn't "more therapy.” It's a different rhythm of care.

We don't have to stop because the clock says so. We can stay with what's unfolding. We can gently meet resistance without feeling pressured to push through it or leave it for next week. We can follow the threads, connect the dots, and arrive at the roots rather than stopping at the branches.

It's amazing how much can happen when nothing is being rushed.

People often tell me they're shocked at how quickly three hours pass. I am too. Somehow time seems to disappear. We do so much, yet the experience never feels hurried.

That's because healing moves differently when it finally has room to breathe.

You’ve seen me repeat this teaching from one of my beloved mentors Linda Thai ‘Healing happens at the speed of trust’ and when we move slowly into trust we can move gracefully through healing.

We move slowly but quickly depending on what we find. There’s no right way, just the way that presents itself.

One thing that's deeply important to me is that we don't simply open old wounds and send you home.

We create enough time to process, integrate and gently close the work we've done together, so you leave feeling grounded, supported and whole. That is why sometimes we go over the three hours but I try to keep it within four. Anything we don’t get to in four hours is for another day.

The Immersion

Session

We have the time and space to access all the things, go all the places we need to go, process all that is ready for processing.

Three hours • Deep transformation

Some changes need more than fifty or seventy-five minutes.

Sometimes life reaches a point where you know something has to shift—not next month, not eventually, but now.

An Immersion Session creates the time and space to go where ordinary therapy often can't. Without watching the clock or stopping just as something important begins to unfold, we can follow your healing where it wants to lead.

You can read all about the healing modalities I use jumping down this rabbit hole HERE, they’re all available to you; clinical hypnotherapy, soul journeying, brainspotting, breathwork, somatic work, energy healing, all of it personalized to you.

People often leave feeling lighter—not because everything in their life has changed, but because something inside them has. Questions that have lingered for years begin to make sense. Old emotional weight softens. Parts of themselves they've carried with shame are finally met with compassion.

It's not unusual to leave feeling both exhilarated and deeply tired. Healing asks something of us. But alongside the exhaustion is often a quiet knowing:

"I can finally breathe."

"I can finally stop fighting myself."

"I can finally begin imagining a life that's bigger than survival."

The Individual

Sessions

Stop in. Pause. Process. Release. Reset. Transform. I send you on your way.

75 minutes • Focused support

Not every healing journey needs three hours and for sure, everything can’t be done at once.

Sometimes you have one specific issue you'd like to work through. Sometimes Brainspotting, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic therapy or breathwork is exactly the right tool for what's happening today. Sometimes you simply want a place to think, feel, process and reconnect with yourself.

It’s hard for me to say what counts as a ‘specific issue’ as everyone is unique and its very subjective. Think about the analogy about the rock or the dam blocking your flow. A minor phobia that came from (seemingly) nowhere could be a good example of something that might be suitable for an individual session. A major phobia that that came from a traumatic event and is ripping your life apart, we might want to throw a few hours at that.

An Individual Session is tailored to you. It might be all you need, or it might become the beginning of a longer journey.

There is no expectation that you'll commit to ongoing work. We'll simply meet the you where you are, one session at a time, and let your healing unfold at the pace that's right for you.

My intention is for the most thorough healing of your issue(s); getting you up and moving with the ability to get yourself up and moving beyond our time together.

These individual sessions are perfect for continued work together of integrating your healing and coming into greater relationship with yourself, a process that simply takes time.

What does ‘healing one issue’ actually look like?

Healing isn't about becoming a completely different person overnight.

This is not a lobotomy service!

It's about reaching the next stretch of water.

Some people arrive saying,

"I'm drowning."

Together, we help you get your head above water.

Some arrive saying,

"I'm staying afloat, but it's exhausting."

Together, we help you tread water with more ease.

Some say,

"I'm treading water, but I can't seem to get anywhere."

That's when we begin to move.

Others are already swimming, but something unseen keeps pulling them back.

We discover what's beneath the surface and gently release it.

And then there are the people who smile and say,

"I'm swimming just fine... but I know there's another level waiting for me."

Maybe it's time to swim faster.

Maybe it's time to leave the water altogether

… and start walking, climbing, exploring;

creating a life that feels more fully your own.

My role isn't to drag you somewhere you're not ready to go.

It's to help you move to your next level—whatever that looks like for you.

For some we do big immersion sessions every couple of months or annually. For others its regular individual sessions.

Healing happens at the speed of your nervous system.

Sometimes the changes are dramatic. More often they're beautifully ordinary.

You find yourself responding differently. Setting a boundary. Sleeping better. Laughing more. Feeling lighter. Choosing yourself.

I think all of that deserves to be celebrated.

Albert Einstein is often credited with saying:

"There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle."

Whether you see your healing through the lens of neuroscience or through the lens of wonder doesn't matter much to me.

What matters is that you notice it.

Because every moment you become a little more yourself is worth celebrating.

what happens next

1. Book a Consultation

Everything begins with a complimentary consultation. It's a chance for us to meet, explore what's bringing you here and answer any questions you may have.

2. We’ll choose Together

You don't need to decide which session is right before we speak. Together we'll decide whether an Individual Session or an Immersion Session feels like the best place to begin.

3. Reserve your session

If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we'll book your session. Payment plans are available for Immersion Sessions, provided the balance is paid before your appointment.

4. Prepare gently

You'll receive a questionnaire, along with confirmation emails and everything you need to know before we meet. Think of it as the beginning of our conversation rather than something to "complete."

5. Arrive as you are

You don't need to be calm. You don't need to have the right words. You don't even need to know where to begin. Just bring yourself. We'll take it from there.

6. Let the work unfurl

Together we'll listen for what your mind, body and nervous system are ready for. There is nothing you need to force. Healing has its own rhythm, and we'll honor it every step of the way.

your job is to simply show up honestly

Whether we've met before or this is your first experience with hypnotherapy, you don't have to know how healing works before you begin.

You don't need to know exactly what you need or how this journey will unfold.

You only need a willingness to begin.

Together, we'll find the pace, the path and the approach that feels right for you.

If you'd like to talk things through before making a decision, you're warmly invited to book a complimentary consultation.

It's a chance to ask questions, explore your options and discover what feels like the right next step—without any pressure or expectation.

“Moyra’s Hypnotherapy is incomparable to any other therapy based solution. Moyra's methods, system, gentle guidance, and even her voice are unparalleled.

I experienced significant breakthroughs in one session with the support of the follow-up recording, and her perfectly timed emails to encourage. Years of traditional therapy could not do what she did in literally one sit-down.

If you're looking to heal from past trauma, break through self-imposed limitations/barriers, get some unproductive habits in check, or to realize that you are enough - look no further.”
