Community, Women's Circles & Collective Healing
We'll build the village as we go.
Perhaps what we're longing for isn't another self-help book. Perhaps it's each other.
Alongside one-to-one healing, I'm slowly creating spaces for community, women's circles, grief work, coaching and shared experiences where healing happens in relationship.
the role of community
Some things can only be remembered together.
One of the greatest myths of modern life is that healing is something we should do by ourselves.
Book the appointment. Read the book. Journal a little more. Meditate a little longer. Try harder. Be better.
But humans have always healed in relationship.
Humans have always known themselves through relationship.
Around fires. In circles. Through ritual. Through story.
By witnessing one another.
Individual work will always be at the heart of my mission, but it isn't the whole story.
I'm also quietly creating spaces where we remember what it feels like to belong—not because we have everything figured out, but because we're willing to show up honestly together.
Like many people, I've spent the last few years in reflection. A kind of hibernation—processing what it means to be alive at this point in history and traveling my own spiral of healing. Because of that, these offerings are still taking shape, growing slowly and intentionally, just as they should.
Here's a glimpse of what's emerging out on the horizon.
a living vision
we’re building something worth coming home to
For most of human history, healing wasn't something you scheduled with a therapist.
It lived in ordinary places. Around fires. In kitchens. On long walks.
Through shared meals, tears, laughter, song and silence.
It happened because people belonged to one another.
I don't want to recreate the past.
But I do think there are parts of it worth remembering.
The way we gathered. The way we witnessed one another. The way no one was expected to carry everything alone.
These offerings are my small attempt to bring some of that spirit into the modern world.
Like all meaningful communities, these offerings will evolve as the people who gather around them do.
They're grown—one conversation, one gathering and one act of courage at a time.
If, one day, you'd like to pull up a chair around the fire, I'd be honored to save you a place.
Healing Happens Between Us Too
Breathwork
Every other weekend for the past four years

Women's Circles
Places where women can put down perfection, take off the armor, and remember themselves in the company of other women.
Not networking.
Not fixing.
Not competing.
Simply gathering.
Listening.
Laughing.
Crying.
Remembering that we were never meant to carry life alone.
Coaching Journeys
Sometimes you're not in crisis.
You're simply ready for your next chapter.
These longer-form coaching programs will support people who want to intentionally cultivate meaningful change over time—integrating healing into everyday life, building new habits, and creating lives that feel deeply aligned with who they are becoming.
Less fixing.
More becoming.
Good Girls Fight Club
A women's circle that turned coaching program with a fun name and a serious purpose.
From good girl to ungovernable.
This isn't about becoming louder for the sake of it.
It's about becoming more honest. More whole. More fierce.
More deeply rooted in your own truth.
Together we explore boundaries, anger, self-worth, people-pleasing, voice, power, and the beautiful, lifelong process of becoming a woman who belongs to herself.
I took a rest from it to rethink its format and am considering how it might return.
Grief Circles & Ritual
Not everything can be fixed.
Some things can only be carried.
Grief asks us not to solve it, but to make room for it.
These circles will offer a place to honor personal grief, collective grief, ancestral grief and the quiet losses that so often go unseen.
Through story, ritual, silence, movement and community, we'll remember that grief isn't something to overcome.
It's one of the deepest expressions of love we have.
Sacred Rage
There is a kind of anger that destroys.
And there is a kind of anger that liberates.
A healthy anger.
Most women have never been taught the difference.
I don’t know if the world knows a healthy feminine anger.
But it certainly needs it.
Sacred Rage is about reclaiming anger as life force rather than violence. It's a space to safely explore the emotions we've been taught to suppress, honor the intelligence beneath them, and discover the courage, clarity and vitality waiting on the other side.
Sometimes healing begins with forgiveness.
Sometimes it begins with finally saying, "No."
This work deeply embodies aliveness.
Sacred Women’s Work
Not every woman is looking for another workshop.
Some are looking for a temple.
These seasonal gatherings are for women who feel called into a deeper relationship with the sacred feminine, the Goddess, ritual and the great mystery of being alive.
Through ceremony, movement, meditation, shadow work and ancient priestess practices, we'll create spaces where the soul can remember what the modern world so easily asks us to forget.
Temples fill up a space in us that nothing else can quite touch.
A lot is still taking shape.
There will be snacks.
Stay in touch.
FAQ
-
Wonderful question. I’m sure the village will let us know when its time to gather.
-
Grief work is the practice of holding space for what is. The primary text I recommend is ‘The Wild Edge of Sorrow’ by Francis Weller who identifies the many gates or faces of grief. Other influencial teachers are Maladoma Somé, Martin Prechtel, Elizabth Kubler-Ross, Joanna Macy to name but a few.
-
I have had many teachers on the topic of anger. Some take an intellectual approach helping us understand where and why we need to get angry, others helping with the energetics of anger as a repressed emotion. Some great books to start off with are: The Dance of Anger by Harriet Lerner, Rage becomes here by Soraya Chemaly and the writings and recordings of Maya Luna.

A women's circle is a gathering of equals. While I'll gently hold and guide the space, it isn't a teaching environment in the traditional sense—the wisdom comes from the collective through listening, sharing, witnessing and being witnessed. A coaching program is different. There, I'm leading the process more directly, offering teachings, tools, guidance and accountability to help you move towards a particular goal or transformation. Neither is better; they simply serve different purposes. Sometimes we need guidance, and sometimes we simply need to remember we're not alone.
