A space for Women and Femmes who are ready to show up for a Better World.

We work on our inner world so that we can show up in our personal strength and power, taking action in and with our communities

We will be sitting in circle on cushions, floor chairs and yoga mats on the floor so please wear something comfortable where you only flash consenting people.

Optional to bring: Water bottle, journal, meditation cushion to sit on.
